Heretic

Early versions and alternative mixes of the Lustmord album "Heresy", currently available as an iTunes only release to mark the 20th anniversary of that album's release.

iTunes Direct Link Here.
(You may have to search on your local version of iTunes if the above link does not work)

Heresy is widely regarded to be the definition of the Lustmord sound and is the album that launched and defined the dark ambient genre when it was first released in 1990. It has been hailed by critics and fans alike as one of the most important works of its time and has been imitated but never equaled.

We have also regained all rights to Heresy and that is also available on iTunes via this link.

B. Lustmord: Sound Design. Programming
Andrew Lagowski: Engineer
Tracey Roberts: Art

Let us know when it's available from any other distributor, online or off... I can't get iTunes Store to work with my computer and I'm not the only one!

Thanks! Can't wait to buy it, whenever that happens!

Any chance of a lossless download at any point? Your music's too good to be reduced to compressed formats!

Agree with both of the above. Would love a physical release, but barring that, at least some sort of lossless format would be fantastic.

Thanks B. :)

I will enjoy the iTunes version for now. Looking forward to a physical release if that happens.

A CD version hasn't been ruled out but is as yet undecided.

A few factors are at play, such as possible interest and potential sales vs illegal downloads.

iTunes only - bad news. I love your stuff, but hate iTunes. As said above we need lossless - why not a FLAC release through Boomkat http://www.boomkat.com ??

Since I've heard Heresy album some years ago I've been always thinking it could be the great H.P.Lovecraft "Cthulhu Mythos" screening soundtrack.
